Faith, Hope & Lullabies Review and Giveaway!

Faith, Hope & Lullabies

If you're a mommy or daddy, you know how helpful a lullaby can be for a little one who is cranky or upset and crying. Though there are a lot of different types of children's CDs on the market nowadays, I haven't come across a lullaby CD quite like this and I'm excited about it! Some of the most well-known worship songs are brought together and arranged into soft, beautiful instrumentals that are sure to calm and comfort. We know how much kids love to hear the same songs over and over - I think the familiarity is a comfort as well.

There are two CDs available at this time: Faith, Hope & Lullabies, and Faith, Hope & Lullabies: Songs of Worship. Each one of them includes a wonderful selection of lullabies!

My Review:

I received Faith, Hope & Lullabies: Songs of Worship to review. I chose this one because it includes many of my favorite worship songs, songs that Emma is familiar with because we sing them regularly at church and listen to them a lot at home. Not only that, but my husband plays guitar (he actually leads worship or plays guitar at church quite often, and practices at home almost nonstop) so there is a special place in Emma's heart for music. After listening through the entire CD, I couldn't be happier with the song selection or arrangements - each song is lovely and sure to have baby's (and my) eyelids fluttering with sleepiness in no time. We give this CD our hearty approval! This is one I want to buy for all new mommies. :-)

Don't take my word for it, though - listen for yourself! (Widget embedded in post below)

My daughter is now 11, but soft worship music scared all the monsters away when she was little. And now she still sleeps with it. I think it can only bring positive thoughts to her to have God's Word pouring out into her room, into her little spirit, and into her subconscious mind. Great blog.

We Fall Down--I don't know what we'd have done without the many lullabye CDs we bought for our daughter. Nothing can quiet her like music.
