Attention all creative mommies and those who want to be creative!

How many crafty moms read my blog? And I don't mean crafty as in mischievous, lol. I mean scrapbookers, sewing mamas, etc. I'm thinking of branching out and sharing tutorials I find online and a few of my own tutorials as well. If you are a creative mama, would you comment with your favorite creative outlet, your blog url, and whether you blog your craftiness? I'm sure we would all like to visit each other's blogs and find out about each other's projects. :-)

My Story:

Before my daughter was born, I crafted all the time! I crochet, make my own jewelry, mess around with polymer clay, scrapbook, and am currently conquering my fear of the sewing machine. I pretty much dabble in everything and love trying new things. Until now I haven't really been able to find the time or space to do it but I think I'll go crazy if I don't have a creative outlet. :-) And you guys don't want a crazy blogger on your hands, do you? ;-)

Questions:

What craft are you most interested in learning more about? Are there any crafts you would like to learn?

What kinds of tutorials would you find interesting? Sewing, scrapbooking, crocheting, knitting, general home decorating ideas, or _________?

Leave me a comment and tell me your thoughts!

I used to knit. Once I was pregnant with my daughter though I had carpal tunnel so bad that I had to stop. I haven't picked it back up yet. I need to though!

I'd love to learn how to use a sewing maching, with the ultimate goal of quilting someday.

I'm also big on crafts and like to try it all, but I never did learn how to crochet or knit and I'd like to. Also, anything to help us "be green" I'd love to see ideas on make your own "green" products... any ideas?

I think I'm more crafty than crafty, if you know what I mean. ;O)
I paint, but it's very difficult with a house full of kids. I don't blog much about it since I'm not able to put much time into it. Someday.....

I consider myself very creative. I sew, crochet, do some scrapbooking and anything in between.

I love to learn new "tricks of the trade" especially now that winter is coming. Nothing better than creating while the kids are in school.

I've recently downloaded some patterns to create primitive rag dolls.

I list my crocheted items for sale on my blog but don't necessarily "blog" about them. Check it out http://mommysonlinegaragesale.com

Good Luck.

I sew and cook, and scrapbook, but I would love to have a sight that everyone can send ideas, and every month have a contest of the most creative, and more fun contest! I love quilt shows, and think it would be great to have a person willing to get bomb barded with emails to manage and weed through the spyware crap. I think that would be so fun! Is there sites like that????

I love to scrap! Though, blogging has taken up tons of my time and I've been slacking off lately. My favorite thing to do is alter items, especially signs you get from the Target $1 spot.
