How dare you post these yummy looking recipes on here when I'm trying to be good! We love strawberries here. During the summer we go to the Beaverton Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We almost always get a flat of strawberries. We eat many just as they are and wash and freeze the rest for the winter.

We put them in smoothies, make homemade fruit leather and just eat them raw!

Be careful of children under two eating too many, strawberries are very acidic and can cause really bad diaper rash if they eat too many!

I cursed you slightly when you put this post up. LOL

Mostly because it set my craving of strawberries from must have sometime soon to must have now!

I love strawberries this time of year. I like to eat them fresh with a can of mandarin oranges and roasted sliced almonds on top.
